Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions Alberta organizations ask most before they call us.

General questions

What does "one phone call" actually cover?

Computers, laptops and phones, Microsoft 365 and email, business applications, printers and copiers, Wi-Fi and networks, structured cabling, security cameras, door access control and cybersecurity. If it plugs in or logs in, call us first.

Do you only work in Calgary and Edmonton?

No. We support organizations across Alberta. Most support happens remotely, and we combine that with on-site work where hands are needed, such as cabling, cameras and hardware.

Can you work alongside our in-house IT person?

Yes. Our co-managed IT service gives your internal staff our tools, security monitoring and extra hands, while they keep ownership of the day-to-day.

How do you charge?

Most managed services are a predictable monthly fee based on users and devices. Projects such as cabling, cameras and access control are quoted up front after a site visit.

What if we are attacked before we sign up?

Call our incident line. We answer 24 hours a day and help organizations whether or not they are clients yet.

Will we be locked in?

No. You own your data, your accounts and your passwords. If you leave, we hand everything over in a documented, orderly way.
